Carl Baker was the Exec that looked after us all the way through, he made the cold call and was very polite enquiring if we would like to upgrade. Once we met Carl he was really amiable, not pushy, gained my trust quickly. He is very good !

Everything proceeded incredibly smoothly. Suitable new car located, finance options discussed, along with possible package inclusions, paperwork, including plate retention, dealt with for me ??. An early morning collection arranged to suit me, great!

On collection of new car noticed a chip in the bonnet. This had not been picked up by staff prior to arrival. This has since been resolved at my local mini repair centre, but feel this should of been noted before my arrival due to travelling 119miles

Ive had a Mini for many years now. Unfortunately Vertu closed the dealership i used in Malton I now therefore have to travel 20+ miles . Fortunately the lass who dealt with me in Malton now works a Vertu York. Holly Pearson and shes great.

I as asked to have my Countryman for service and other adjustments to Vertu at 08/30 and asked for it to be ready ASP as it was needed.l phoned at 15/00.and no mechanic could be found to say when car would be ready it was ready at 16/20.

I was completely ignored by all staff and waited for over 2 hours without being offered a drink or a smile. I was there the whole time and doors were left wide open in winter for 30 minutes.
